Basically, i've a great business design that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and placement freedom.

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it had been much more interesting, intriquing, notable and valuable than my days about the streets with all the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle as if you are lacking time, money, resources, by just getting shit done.
One “hack” i use on myself - is creating a a feeling of urgency and accumulating in my mind the scariest thing that may happen if i don’t understand this shit done.
The more intensity you can have within yourself, your company that pressure drives you to definitely either have a level of friction or fulfillment, in any event it adds fuel for the hustling power.
Returning to persistence, your height of persistence when shit doesn’t work out will determine what lengths you decide to go, there is really not a way you are able to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x greater than we have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to inform how often you fail, but i’ll tell you now each successful entrepreneur i've met didn't work more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to what they usually make…
Hustling needs to be section of your lifetime, i had been very blessed but still am to be flanked by those who have believed in me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. Once i used to be talking to a buddy / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and i could sense in himself he believes with what i’m doing. (At that time, i never even met him face-to-face!)

Getting the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing the right thing, on the correct time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, specially when you might be new and starting out, it requires a lot of dedication, focus, attention and you also has to be somebody who is dependant on self growth. Doing work Doubly harder on myself, on my small mind i then do on my small business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than the method that you do it, mindset contributes to using a strategic mindset where one can harness your unique ability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly many people will never get it, you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

After i was obviously a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started in this industry i'd more setbacks than many people, i'd dropped outta university during my final year, relatives and buddies poking fun at the fact that i want to break the bank working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 valuation on debt when i bought into a $20k network marketing program and then went on a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determines your ability to succeed since it means you won't be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
Your first 6 figures will probably be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. The first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however i have a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. Some of my challenges i face are just so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't be also capable of comprehend it, but i have a compelling “Why” plus a vision which gets me thru the cruel times. Be sure to have your own compelling future that will drive you forward even when you think all isn't training.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t help make your life perfect. How much an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, sometimes when i really do live events the ones come up to me, instantly installed me on a pedestal as though i’m some perfect guy, one guy even believed to me i’m being a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. That which you put on a pedestal is always going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Because individuals have several things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they may be supposed to be put on something out of this world, they're still in this world, and it’s possible for you also. After i meet immensely successful people i then just determine if i would like what they've got, i recently gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that this event is simply a journey, your journey, my journey, many people are over a journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or perhaps a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to become listed on Amway, or some other MLM and is wanting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you for having the guts to take on the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid which comes to the house with a beautiful smile to clean once a week, i simply do something more important, that’s all.
Anyway to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i carrying it out, everything stuff.
You're going to be a human, therefore you will usually involve some shit not exercise, personally last Six months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what life's.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the challenges, hahahah!
My well being isn't dictated by how much money i make or even the want to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the opportunity to hand back - i would like to start building schools to support orphans, i really do some stuff like that, but it’s inadequate i want to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you're one of which this little bit of wisdom may be stuck with me for some time.
So long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m in which I need to be.
Money is only one component of one’s life you will find, it’s important - but not the main, well that’s debatable according to your personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes it will lead you longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success is not something you just get up and get, it’s something you need to work your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they have problems with debt and therefore are usually broke and lacking money, leading to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to gain momentum, bear in mind i've spent more money on my own education to understand a few things i do compared to person with average skills will most likely earn inside a lifetime.
This is one of the primary killers of success and i am accountable for it too, now i recently don’t do anything else basically can’t commit 90+ days into it.
Lesson 4 : The Art Of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, Once you get the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin to make lots of money after you get momentum - yes, more cash than you ever made before….
More cash than your entire family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - as soon as you do this, or should i say prior to deciding to do that, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always be aware of among Gross, Net and how much you are able to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone up to $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, initially it is - then you definitely get used to it - and the only stuff that matters is keeping that money.
I’m learning a great deal relating to this now.
There’s an art form to getting Money and most importantly KEEPING IT. It’s easy to get the spending outta control, when you seem like you have an unlimited budget, and you are untouchable.
Yes, i actually thought that for a time. Increasing millions than ever before, i figured i really could just take a seat on my ass for 6 months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I figured i’d never get lazy, and i did plus it set me back hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash.
How ignorant of me. *SLAPS MYSELF*
And it fucking hurt, yes it did - i felt sick to my stomach, i needed felt robbed not because i spent a lot, but additional circumstances which were at play….
Luckily i have a mind will process certain things quickly, like setbacks and challenges, and once you, i was regarding this. Gratitude opens the center and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me personally.
So that’s what i do much more of to maintain me grounded. Should you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.
Unsure, why i’m sitting here smiling at scripting this lol, probably cos what i’m planning to say next…
I had just found out i just was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff i've not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i also don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
i have not a clue why i had been spending that, or the actual way it accumulated up to now, after 6 months of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting since it kinda defies the point of why i’m running a business, but i start to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now the situation is changing
It adds up and could be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was first a newbie and i also had made my first six figures - the very first a couple of years the money i had made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with all the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) during my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll get this to back and much more, because…
I HAVE A SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i understand how to market.
Still, the year after i did being a million bucks in sales.
All in all, i will be still researching keeping money, investing etc. It’s a new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Build A Group of A-Players & Get A cpa
That jogs my memory, on trading to getting money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you need to often be taking a look at your numbers, each day - many times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team offers you freedom, but in addition a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems when they aren’t the proper person of course, if you aren’t the best type of person to control them.
Ultimately Delegation has been one of my biggest techniques to success, on the typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email may be worth around $10,000 to me, and so i invest some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor will i desire to - i've influence over these subscribers and clients and i respect them too much to ever outsource this.
Some of my subscribers are already with me at night ever since i would be a newbie. lol.
5 Years.
Just about, the rest is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it absolutely was like this for the last Four years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less folks are involved and much more is delegated.
Give attention to owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut fat deposits off and focus on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing as well as your target market.

My buddy Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories therefore i went and hired a solid-accountant to assist you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.

Lesson 5 : Develop a Personality That’ll Offer you Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
More and more i’m seeing that the web Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal effortlessly this social networking stuff, you have the ability to make your own personal tribe (more in that somewhat later)
Make use of your personality to boost online conversions, to attract like minded people, to develop your personal tribe and cultivate them, enable them to succeed…
Develop yourself in to a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.
Atart exercising . personality - learn who to inform stories, in the event you aren’t funny, then discover ways to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get the teeth fixed, if you are boring, learn to be interesting and being Thinking about others.
They're all pieces of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people begin and jump out of the industry, well i used to after i heard other folks, lol, now i truly don’t much. Attention is protected and so i keep a clear head on who i want / need to serve.
As a personality on the web is something i learned from Dan Kennedy a long time ago.
Present with individuals is magical, be it offline or online, practice being PRESENT plus the minute which suggests - get off the damn Facebook and social networking and obtain practising being present, the most effective relationships that i have built and continue building is really because i am always as a TED rather than a THING (due to Jesse Elder for teaching this piece of wisdom in my experience!)

Have people you would like to be like. This is probably probably the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you then become the typical of the 5 people you surround yourself with.
Here is the fastest approach to get the results you would like, right now i've got a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which can be doing pretty much for themselves.
I want a company like theirs - so i surround myself together. I wish to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself using them.
Whenever you think that you are hitting a roadblock, employ a mentor, a coach, a specialist, i’ve been achieving this shit for soo a long time, it blows my mind - that many people don’t get it done.
This can be one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply purchase shit i would like to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know that” - well should you did, then why aren’t you in which you desire to be…
You’ll often be learning, and so i embrace this along time ago. As opposed to going thru courses and programs and training (which i still do btw) i have found owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
And then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Helped me Rich
Spend some time alone. Spend time in solitude allows you to reboot/restart your brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find many individuals accomplish that. When i’m alone i might often walk as much as random strangers, usually elderly people and talk to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they can give me.
It makes life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t lengthy mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself with no distractions offers you the opportunity to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this website post is taking me like Three hours to publish and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone is really a beautiful thing very few people understand. I understand just because a lot of men and women always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the planet 90% of the time without any help, i'm able to meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everybody at any time therefore i don’t need to be lonely if i don’t wish to.
And extremely i really like my own, personal company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending some time alone, having a notepad- journal - offline, minus the internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, a minimum of for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your lifestyle!)
Time passes Mosque around i will, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - during my accommodation.
However i always spend some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in everyday life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and acquire my mojo on
I realised spending time alone, i get to essentially develop my clear thinking in ways that i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta get away and invest some time by myself.
Or possibly that’s my excuse for visiting a different country each month. lol.
Purchase a simple or a fancy journal with a fancy pen, go take the $50 on a pen and take pride in currently talking about your life, your challenges, your objectives, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living is a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Purchasing Your brain

Naturally the more results you receive, the more confidence you'll get in your abilities, inside your communication, your posture and just how you carry yourself.
However, you need to have it in your thoughts ALREADY and live confidently to draw what you would like.
I really couldn’t offer a toss what anyone thinks of me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for dinner.
However, these are simply people and i appreciate, respect their business and where they may be at, but that don’t mean i’m any less space-consuming than them. Whenever you originate from that place where you own your greatness and you're simply in deep appreciation of who you are without all the “stuff”….
Then you become a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started making the decision i is going to do things i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than someone else, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped lots of people have more results as compared to other things.
The most successful people i am aware also appear to have one of the most level of self confidence, self-confidence - you prefer yourself a lot results in self esteem which leads to someone taking more action and then believing on their own after which
When you're aligned along with your highest values you might be confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people to you who have their shit together.
Whether it is, develop it, live it and encourage others together with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire Just a Players, the existing rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is exactly what you have to live and eat.
I have probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You need to develop yourself and the team during this process, some won’t be growing as soon as you, give them time, nurture them that assist them grow and when it’s time - then you can certainly grow apart or have them on.
Although we have generated millions of dollars in this niche for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more because of hiring a bad people. We have experienced a number of anxiety, craziness, worry due to the wrong people who i've hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is to Recruit Talent, instead of just Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years using a microscopic team - less than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they'll help you get to stage 2. This was challenging, men and women not grow as soon as you, plus you've got to be happy with that, you gotta be comfortable with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and become in the $100million mark. I’ll do this (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…

I welcome criticism / feedback, but it never affects me, people the entire world as they are less the entire world since it is.
My industry, the tiny Online marketing / Multilevel marketing / Home based business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people become real self improvement powerhouses of course, if anyone really sticks with it, her potential to help people make huge amount of money.
Oh and yes, its immensely profitable and it also enables you to develop a true residual income should you really do the work properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with all the multi-level marketing arena.
numerous will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home based business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i redesign multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, from home business opportunity that more and more people talked upon.
And with that one program, i’ve generated an awesome $1.1 Million in commissions.

But, to the stupid people with stupid views….

1) had some bad experience with others selling for them
2) they joined one when they was young and new and couldn’t make it right into a success

When i would be a newbie and i’d follow these so called Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses etc, it might create so much controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t might like to do anything because i felt what is going to my buddies think about me and just what will those big marketers think about me…
I then basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do what i want

I’d just simply take them off from my life, now i ignore them - mainly really because their words don't have any impact or no value to me.

Each to their own, and i respect everyone - i’ll always love the house business industry, if you're within it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn things that Top Earners are doing and you will reap the rewards of the greatest dreams.

Ok, i’m back
I never is going to be some of those individuals who says, oh i ought to have spent more time with my children. After travelling alot, i’ve seen most people just aren’t in “touch” using their families, their siblings and so i made a very conscious decision to be devoted to be with my family, serve them well. I’m very grateful on their behalf.
Even very little in this world, my children provides me with a lot richness and joy.
Buying time enables you to do this, it enables one to take several months off work but still receive money like a BAWSS. Wait, is always that the way you spell it. lol.

I write an e-mail to my list everyday.
